I have only a few words for this new video from Team Squirrel – just WOW! Very inspirational – really makes we want to fly even more.

Here’s a little flashback to last summer in Norway. Just wanted to share the feeling of base jumping off the edge, flying from Smellveggen exit to landing at the Lower Ladder landing area. So the video and sound is uncut from my gopro, to share my point of view. At the exit I was trying to convince my friend Martin, who jumped with me, to land in the water just for the fun of it – but he did not seem very hooked on this particular idea.
The year before I actually decided myself to test out the Lysefjord water temperature. Take a look at these screen grabs from the video – sorry about the poor quality, but I decided to leave my Canon 5D behind on this jump.
If you want to see the waterlanding in the Lysefjord, it is the last part of this video from 2011:
Tracking is progressing – Check out super-tracker Rami Kajala’s latest video. To me it almost looks like he is flying a “shitty little wingsuit”. But in reality he is rocketing the new Phoenix-Fly Power Tracking Suit – or just PTS – to pure excellence. The lines Rami is flying stand out from anything I have ever seen, so lean forward and watch his latest video!
This weeks video of the week is a peak into the world of base jumper extraordinaire Alexander Polli. After roaming the cliffs of the world in his tracking suit for a few years, he has now taken up wingsuit proximity flying. With Alex you should always expect the unexpected, in a good way that is, and this video certainly does not let anyone down. Way to go Alex!
Spending a little time at Kjerag. A few days ago I brought my camera to the mountain to catch some of the action.
